1. The service
Wondorah is an AI-assisted travel-planning platform that helps you generate, verify, and manage trip itineraries; surfaces destination intelligence (weather, costs, safety, crowds); and, when you choose to book, links you out to third-party travel partners.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Wondorah.
- You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. AI-output disclaimer (please read)
Wondorah uses automated and AI-generated content(itineraries, suggestions, verification signals, cost/weather/safety intelligence). We do not guarantee that AI-generated or aggregated information is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
- Treat Wondorah's output as planning assistance, not professional advice and not a guarantee. Independently verify anything you rely on — prices, availability, opening hours, visa/entry requirements, health/safety conditions, and travel advisories — directly with official and primary sources before you act or book.
- Verification badges, confidence indicators, and “watch-outs” are best-effort signals, not warranties of accuracy.
- Travel involves inherent risks; you are solely responsible for your travel decisions.
4. Affiliate links — we are not the merchant of record (important)
- Wondorah participates in affiliate / referral programs and may earn a commission when you click a partner link and complete a qualifying booking or action, at no extra cost to you. See our FTC Affiliate Disclosure.
- Wondorah is an affiliate referrer, never the merchant of record. We do not sell travel, process payments, or take bookings. When you book, you transact directly with the third-party partner (e.g. Booking.com via Commission Junction, Stay22, LiteAPI/Nuitee, Tiqets, Klook, Kiwitaxi, GetRentacar, Aviasales, Skyscanner via Impact.com, GetYourGuide, Viator, OpenTable, TheFork) on their site, under their terms, pricing, and privacy policy.
- We are not responsible forthe partners' products, services, prices, availability, cancellations, refunds, fulfillment, or any dispute arising from your transaction with a partner. Those are between you and the partner.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Wondorah for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to extract our data/models except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or that you lack the right to share (including other people's personal information without a proper basis).
- Misuse outbound affiliate links (e.g. fraud, cookie-stuffing, self-referral abuse).
- Use the service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. User-generated content & license-back
- You own the trip content you create (itineraries, notes, names, uploads).
- You grant Wondorah a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and adapt your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service and to provide features you request (e.g. generating, verifying, and sharing itineraries, including share images you choose to create).
- This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for (a) backups retained for a limited period and (b) anonymized/aggregated data that no longer identifies you.
- You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

8. Third-party services
Wondorah relies on and links to third-party services (AWS, PostHog, mapping/places providers, and the travel partners above). Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Disclaimers of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of AI-generated or aggregated information (see §3).
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Valeworth Holdings LLC d/b/a Wondorah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or travel costs, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service, AI-generated content, or any third-party booking. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months (which may be $0 for a free service) or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valeworth Holdings LLC d/b/a Wondorah from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Wondorah and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) survive termination.
13. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Let's try to sort it out first. Most problems can be fixed quickly. Before filing anything, email us at support@wondorah.com and give us 30 days to make it right.
Arbitration and class-action waiver. If we can't resolve it informally, you and Wondorah agree to settle any dispute relating to these Terms or the service through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and Wondorah each give up the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class or representative action. Two things stay out of arbitration: either of us can (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
You can opt out.If you'd rather not be bound by this arbitration agreement, email support@wondorah.com within 30 daysof first accepting these Terms, with your account email and the words “arbitration opt-out.” Opting out won't affect anything else in these Terms.
For any dispute that isn't arbitrated, you and Wondorah agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide more prominent notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
